Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with AromaSand™ by Blue Hands Apothecary. We appreciate your support and are committed to delivering your order with care.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Blue Hands Apothecary is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us at bluehandsapoth@gmail.com, and we'll gladly help you file a claim or explore available options.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We'll work quickly to make it right.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States.
