Welcome to AromaSand! By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.

Orders

All products are made, packaged, or prepared with care. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we begin processing orders as quickly as possible.

Processing & Shipping

  • Processing times are listed on each product page.

  • Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary.

  • Blue Hands Apothecary is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Product Information

Our products are intended for decorative and home fragrance purposes only.

AromaSand™ is:

  • For decorative use only.

  • Not intended for consumption.

  • Not a toy.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

  • Avoid contact with eyes and mouth.

  • Do not place directly on furniture or delicate surfaces without a protective container.

  • Do not burn or expose to open flames unless specifically stated in the product instructions.

Customers are responsible for using all products safely and as intended.

Fragrance Disclaimer

Fragrance strength and longevity may vary based on room size, temperature, airflow, humidity, and individual scent preferences.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Our products contain fragrance oils. If you have known sensitivities or allergies to fragrances, please use caution before purchasing and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Intellectual Property

All product names, photographs, logos, designs, descriptions, and original content are the property of AromaSand, a product of Blue Hands Apothecary, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

AromaSand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge that you are using our products at your own discretion and agree to follow all provided care and safety instructions.
